In 1993, Jennifer Amato began her career as a real estate paralegal. She has worked for prominent law firms that represent purchasers, sellers and lending institutions specializing in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Her experience also includes foreclosure and REO matters. Her endeavors have also included working for a private commercial real estate development company as well as a REIT.

This experience has given Jennifer a well-rounded understanding and knowledge in many aspects of the real estate market, which contributes to the success of Coastal Land Services. Not only is she able to understand and wear the hat of the title company, but all the many different hats involved in the real estate transaction.
